Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer international shipping to Kazakhstan and other regions. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to provide the best value for our customers.

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 8-14 business days.

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-9 business days.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT)

The product prices displayed on our store already include Import VAT. However, any additional Customs Duties or Tariffs imposed by your local authorities (if applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer. These additional charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient if required by the destination country's regulations.

4. Duty-Free Limits

Please check your local customs regulations. For example, in Kazakhstan, there is a duty-free limit for personal imports (currently 200 EUR per parcel). If your order exceeds this amount, you will be required to pay the applicable taxes and duties to the local authorities.

5. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Please note that many international carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We recommend providing a physical address and a valid mobile phone number to ensure successful delivery.
