Refund policy

Damages and Issues (Mandatory 48-Hour Report)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us at info@esteraseoul.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim for damage or loss, you must provide the following photographic evidence as required by our logistics partner:

1. Shipping Label: A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the outer box.

2. Outer Box: A photo showing the condition of the external packaging.

3. Internal Packaging: A photo showing how the items were packed inside the box (cushioning, etc.).

4. Damaged Item: A close-up photo of the specific damage to the product.

Please note that we cannot process any compensation or refunds if reported after 48 hours or if the required photos are missing.

Non-Delivery / Loss

In case of non-delivery, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind (including cases where the product remains unopened). By purchasing from ESTÉRA SEOUL, you agree to this policy.

Refunds

Once your claim is verified with the required evidence, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
